A mountain lover agrees to an impromptu plan to go to the beach. She sees a Ferris wheel, which reminds her randomly (as usual) of the psychological tool Wheel of Life (D. P. Santos et al., 2017). It is a gentle reminder to assess where she is and navigate to a self that would make her happier. The first step, maybe visit the beach more often and start a podcast talking to herself and title it 'Rumi Ruminates'?
